Latest News - Announced in 2015 that Gullivers World will be opening a new theme park called Gullivers Valley in our very own Rother Valley. This will be less than a mile to the main entrance. This also means we will be offering some great stay packages.

Rother Valley Country Park - The 750 acre park hosts a number of walking and cycling routes which link to the Trans Pennine Trail and Route 6 Sustrans. The nature reserve and park boasts the recording of over 260 different varieties of birds over the past two decades including rare birds; such as the Red Rump Swallow seen in the spring of 2010.

The Peak District - Visit enchanting historical houses, take a cable car with sweeping views or enjoy a spectacular subterranean journey in one of the famous caverns. You'll discover there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Eating Out & Entertainment

Valley Centretainment is a leisure experience for all the family to enjoy, whether it is bowling, mini golf, laser quest, cinema or simply dining. You are spoilt for choice for eating as restaurants include Bella Italia, Burger King, Chiquito, Flaming Dragon, Frankie & Benny's, Handmade Burger Co, Harvester, Nando's, Pizza Express, Prezzo and Subway. They are all a stone's throw from Motorpoint Arena, a major entertainment venue from comedy and music concerts to sports.

Travel into Sheffield city centre to find the famous Crucible and Lyceum theatres. Both theatres host in house productions and touring West End shows. The Crucible is also home to the prestigious annual World Snooker Championships. Whilst in the city, explore the Winter Gardens and Millenium Galleries or walk through Sheffield Cathedral.

Meadowhall - Known to locals as Meds, it was built in 1990 and now houses over 280 stores, many of which are well known high street names. Just 15 minutes away by car and close to J34 M1, it also boasts a cinema and large choice of fast food and restaurants.

Lakeside Village Outlet - Situated close to J3 M18 near Doncaster and 20 minutes in the car, it is well worth a visit with over 45 famous stores all offering reduced prices!

Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre & Retail Park - A small shopping mall only dwarfed by Meadowhall but has everything you could ask for including high street names and local market and just 10 minutes away.

From the world's oldest football club, Sheffield FC to Jessica Ennis, one of Sheffield's famous residents, the city has much to be proud of.
